Youth Employment & Innovation
- Building Skills. Fueling Ideas. Creating Futures.
We help youth develop practical skills, turn ideas into solutions, and connect with opportunities for dignified, meaningful work.
Young, Skilled, and Still Unemployed?
Many youth in Uganda — especially in rural regions — struggle to find work even after completing school or training. With few job openings, limited networks, and low digital access, they are left discouraged, idle, or vulnerable to crime and exploitation.
At IYF, we believe youth are not the problem — they’re the solution. Through our employment and innovation program, we prepare youth to create their own opportunities, access support, and grow into confident problem-solvers.
