The heart of IYF lies in its people — youth, women, and professionals who bring our vision to life every day.
Who They Are
Passionate. Grounded. Committed to Change.
The IYF team is made up of local youth leaders, field coordinators, trainers, and program officers working hand-in-hand with communities across Uganda. Most of our staff come from the same backgrounds as the people we serve — making our approach truly grassroots and relatable.
With compassion and skill, they implement life-skills programs, organize savings groups, guide vulnerable youth, and provide mentorship and practical support.
